Every Asian wedding is unique, which is why we are committed to working with the happy couple to give them the wedding of their dreams. At Sedgebrook Hall, we have helped many couples plan their dream Asian wedding and we’d love to help you host your wedding. We have the facilities to accommodate a range of different ceremonies and Asian wedding parties so we can be flexible with our room arrangements to ensure you have an amazing day exactly as you imagined it.

Sedgebrook Hall is a country house with 22 event rooms that can be used for your ceremony, wedding reception and celebrations. Our event spaces can host up to 200 people so we can be flexible around your needs. If you would like to spend time outdoors during your celebrations, we have 13 acres of gorgeous gardens that can be explored and enjoyed for photos and relaxing walks.

For the complete wedding package, we also offer Girls’ Night In and Bridal Pamper packages for the night before the wedding so take a look if that would be of interest to you. If you want something that isn’t covered in one of our packages, talk to our wedding team and we will see what we can do to include it for you on your special day.

To help your wedding go smoothly, our wedding coordinators will work with you to make sure that your wedding goes to plan and is what you want. Your wedding coordinator will explain to you what can be achieved at Sedgebrook Hall and help you find ways to include everything that you want for your big day, whether that is a particular activity, wedding ceremony, reception style or décor.

If you need to change during the day for the next part of the celebrations or another ceremony, your wedding coordinator will be able to help you to get somewhere appropriate, without any disruption to the day. You will be able to contact them with any questions or concerns and they will be around on the day to ensure that everything is running on time and everyone is where they should be.

Asian Wedding Catering in the East Midlands

Food is a big part of any wedding day, it keeps everyone in a good mood, it gives you the energy to celebrate for longer and it helps to structure the perfect day. Our catering team can work with you to craft the perfect Asian wedding menu, whether that’s for a standing drinks reception or a meal with multiple courses. We are also able to cater for any special dietary requirements so just let us know what you need.

We also allow outside caterers so you can use your preferred catering company if you have one, get in touch with our team to discuss what you would like to do.

We cater for all dietary requirements and offer an impressive menu for you to choose from. You can choose from a traditional wedding breakfast, a wedding bbq or if you would like something more bespoke we are happy to provide you with something more suited to you and your guest’s needs.

Do you allow external wedding caterers?

No, unfortunately not.

What’s the maximum you can accommodate for a wedding?

Our weddings welcome up to 120 guests for a sit down wedding breakfast and 180 guests for wedding receptions. Outdoor ceremonies are licensed for a maximum of 120 guests and indoor ceremonies for a maximum of 180 guests.
