We have 13 acres of outdoor space available for team building activities and team away day events at Sedgebrook Hall. Enthral and entertain with a range of teamwork challenges! We can guarantee that heads will be scratched and limits will be tested.

You can either build an ancient monument, crack a brain-bending code or launch a rocket to the stars. These teamwork challenges will require quick thinking and communication is vital. Your employees will learn key skills in time management, delegation and playing to each other’s strengths.

Or why not take inspiration from the TV classic Crystal Quest! Enjoy all the quirky features from the ground-breaking game show. Crack cryptic clues and conquer mental and physical challenges in four brilliantly themed zones.

Indoor team building activities

If you’d rather keep your team building event indoors, then we have the capacity to host amazing games and events.

Take on the greatest challenge; Lock Box! Sounds simple, crack the code to get inside the flight case. However, nothing is as simple as it seems. With time being the essence the teams must decide the best course of action – tackle the easy challenges and amass points by completing volume or take the challenge of tackling the more difficult higher point scoring challenges.
