Based in the heart of Northamptonshire, Sedgebrook Hall is the perfect location for hiring a centralised meeting room. With over 22 fully equipped spaces on site, the venue is not only easily accessible, but flexible for all event purposes.
The hotel boasts meeting rooms with the capacity to accommodate up to 200 people in one space, but also has other spaces for as little as 4. Each meeting room has the ability to be set up in a numerous layouts, meaning that the setting can always be fit for purpose.

We understand that all meetings are different, but ultimately, the purpose of all meetings is success. That is why everything from our room capacities and layout to packages and length are customisable. When booking a meeting room with Sedgebrook Hall, you will be allocated your own designated events coordinator who will work with you to ensure every aspect of your booking is a success.
This includes everything from set up and timings, through to catering and accommodation. Furthermore, as standard, all of our meeting spaces come equipped with the essentials to execute the perfect event, including hydration stations (tea and coffee included) and modern AV equipment and PA systems available (room-specific setup dependent on event space).

All meeting packages come with the option to add catering. All food is served from our on site restaurant and is made from ethically sourced ingredients.
Packages can include simple light bites and canapés, through to buffet lunch and even sit down meals. If you’re looking for something even more exclusive, we also offer a range of private dining options available. Simply ask our staff for details when booking.

As a hotel, Sedgebrook Hall provides the ability for delegates to stay overnight following a busy day of. meetings. Our venue has 103 luxury double and twin rooms, each with free Wifi, Freeview flatscreen TVs and all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.
Guests can also enjoy access to the on site leisure facilities, or even venture into the fully equipped gym.
