Whether you are looking for a training venue to host multiple training events or you’re looking to hire a training room for a one-off session, our rooms are flexible, available 7 days a week and can be styled to match your business’s branding.
You can rent a training room for a couple of hours, ideal for those looking for a short off-site meeting, for half a day or a whole day. No matter how big or small your training event is, our venue offers 22 modern training spaces that can easily accommodate 2-200 delegates, and are extremely flexible. Whether you’re looking for a cabaret training arrangement, or you want to incorporate team building activities into your training day, our experienced event coordinators can help make it happen.
The Oak Suite is our largest training room able to seat up to 200 delegates, perfect for larger training events and conferences. If you are hosting a smaller seminar, then our Bay Room is ideal for up to 10 guests.

Our manor house is situated just 20 minutes from the city centre of Northampton and is just a minute’s drive from Kettering, Daventry and Wellingborough.
We are located just 5 miles from the M1 and Northampton Train Station, making our training venue easily accessible to and from major cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Oxford and Cambridge.
No matter where you or your guests are travelling from, getting to our training venue in Northampton is easy. Buses operated by Stage Coach serve areas within the town and make links to Corby, Rushden, and Daventry, as well as going as far as Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Leicester. We’re the perfect central location for any training course.
With free onsite car parking available, guests can make the most out of their visit to our training venue in Northampton by exploring the area to local attractions such as All Saints Church, Althorp Estate, Upton Country Park and Silverstone Circuit. Our Oak Suite training room has ramp access for wheelchair users, plus our venue offers disabled parking near ramp access to enter our training venue.

You can visit our on-site bar and restaurant, where you will find a range of lunch options available with private dining as an option for you and your guests.
Our meeting packages include a light buffet lunch for you and your guests using high-quality and locally sourced ingredients. All of our sample meetings and conference menus include a wide range of delicious options such as salads, sandwiches and hot dishes.
Our breakfast menu offers a wide selection of delicious options to keep your delegates energised. From fresh fruit and muffins to traditional breakfast items like porridge, pancakes, waffles, and the classic English breakfast, we have something for everyone.
